Refund policy
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Notwithstanding the fact that the Supplier excludes the possibility of unilateral returns of contracts entered into electronically, pursuant to Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Mexico), the Consumer is entitled to refunds, repairs, or exchanges of purchased Products within Mexican territory, provided they comply with the legal requirements, namely:
a. Exercise their right to exchange or return the Product within the stipulated timeframes established in Article 93 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law after receiving the Product.
b. Return the Product to the Supplier in its original packaging, including all operating manuals, warranty documents, and in the same condition in which it was received. The Consumer is responsible for all shipping and return costs associated with the Product(s).
c. Once the aforementioned conditions are met, in the case of a product exchange, it may only be for the same product or one of equal or greater value. In the latter case, the price difference, if applicable, must be paid before the exchange.
d. After the stipulated number of days have elapsed since receiving the product, and until 10 months have passed from that date (i.e., up to 12 months from the date of receipt), the product will have a limited contractual warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect during this period, the consumer must file a report by calling (51) 6024789026. The supplier will make a follow-up call within the next 48 hours to inquire about the defective product. The product will be sent to technical service to verify if the defect is indeed a manufacturing defect. If so, it will be repaired and, if necessary, defective parts will be replaced. If the Product cannot be repaired or replacement parts are unavailable, it will be replaced with the same model. If no replacement is available, it will be replaced with a product of similar characteristics.
The Company does not allow product exchanges except for manufacturing defects and in compliance with its legal obligations. Therefore, aesthetic or functional considerations regarding the purchased Products will not be sufficient grounds for the Company to exchange them or refund the purchase price.
