RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts.

How to start a return: Email us at pperez@manindustriesusa.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving confirmation.

Return shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pperez@manindustriesusa.net with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty: Products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Contact us to file a warranty claim.
